News and EventsMeetings Christo's Restaurant
July: No meeting in July for summer vacations. July 4th celebration to be held at Hallelujah land. Please join us. August 23, 2008: Our annual summer party in lieu of a formal meeting will be held at the home of Roseanna and Bob Minahan at 4:30 p.m. The Minahans will supply the hamburgers and hotdogs and members are asked to bring a side-dish. Bring a swimsuit and enjoy the pool! September 17, 2008: State Representative Will Weatherford will be the key note speaker and address his easy victory and his views on the upcoming legislative session. October 15, 2008: Assuming the primary election goes well or regardless, Sheriff Bob White will address the club on Pasco's crime prevention and future goals to make our community safer. November 19, 2008: Pasco Tribune columnist, Tom Jackson, is tentatively set to give his views on the First Amendment and the importance of a free press in a democracy. December: There will be no formal meeting in December but please join us for our annual Christmas party and campaign for Toys For Tots. The party will be held at the home of Steve and Sandy Graves, Friday, December 12, 2008 at 6:30. Please bring appetizers or side-dishes and enjoy the sights and sounds of the holiday season.

Club members are recognized by The Fisher House Foundation and the Department of Veterans Affairs for their efforts to raise $10,000 for the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital Fisher House in Tampa.
